The ego has landed….the sound of one hand clapping

Talk about stranger in a strange land; like Charlie don’t surf… Obama don’t grok. (Note to younger readers…. you’ll have to Google these).

He finds himself in fly-over country where real Americans choose to live and it’s clear he is more than uncomfortable without his usual hordes of unemployed black folks, union thugs and youthful sycophants packing the auditorium.

The media images show someone totally unprepared for prime time as his bus, as his bus, Narcissist One, rolls on to its whimpering conclusion; average every-day tea partiers fight for the opportunity to tear him apart as he frantically searches for his Teleprompter.

The Obama Back of the Bus Tour has already produced far more comic relief than I thought possible.

  • Apparently tired of comparing himself to Jesus…. The One took a swipe at Republican President Abe Lincoln during the Civil War. “They used to talk about him almost as bad as they talk about me.” Indeed, Debt Man, but they “talked” him to death… (Obviously a stranger to American history, Obama would do well to check 1860s political cartoons to see how the democrats treated him–some things never change).
  • “We had reversed the recession, avoided a depression, gotten the economy moving again,” Obama said. “But over the last six months we’ve had a run of bad luck,” — blaming the Arab Spring protests, the European debt crisis and the tsunami in Japan.

And here’s my fav:

  • “It used to be that everybody was sitting there watching Walter Cronkite, now everybody is on their own little blog or on their own separate news forum.”

The First Halfrican-American president is absolutely correct… a nation of sheeple, we were technologically limited 40 years ago and we believed “the most trusted man in America” and his “reporting”. Turned out he was a fraud, a journalist double-agent who (with a great deal of help from radical left-wingers) sabotaged our military, aided and abetted our enemies, and is in part responsible for millions who were murdered in SE Asia when we abandoned them. Thankfully he’s dead.

But now, because of talk radio, the “tea party” and tens of thousands of “little blogs”, we have begun the Second American Revolution; and no thanks to the GOP, we are winning the fight to destroy Marxism in this country.

Our success is in no way due to politics or politicians, career bureaucrats gorging at the government trough; nor are we here because of our fellow “citizens” millions of whom who would sell us out and side with an oppreessive federal government against us if push came to shove.

We have fought an always-up hill battle against the left-wing media leviathan, publishing, television, music, motion pictures, actors, and “celebrities” like Cronkite who have fabricated, lied, slandered and character-assassinated Real America and Real Americans since the end of WWII.

This is a brand new day and the other side is beginning to act nervous; and in true “liberal” fashion, many who drank the Kool-Aid are beginning to back away from the Manchurian Candidate and in some cases actually criticize him.

Make no mistake these fifth-columnists cannot be trusted and must be politically minimized to the point of irrelevance in this coming election. Once we gain control and begin to dismantle the federal government the repubs also need to be put on notice that any sign of weakness, any siding with the left, will be electorally punished…. severely.

If we forget yet again this hard lesson, and slide back down the mountain (see: Gingrich–1994), then America will not recover and pass into history.

At that point we will be long gone… and only soft generations trailing in our quickly fading wake.

This is our last chance, the fate of America is in our hands and time is short.

Ride to the sound of the guns.

Great Post. Glad you pointed out the sad truth about Walter C. His one sided, leftist biased reporting of defeats where there were, in fact, victories helped feed a national psyche of defeatism and led to our pullout in SEA as public sentiment against the war increased. No less a traitor than Jane Fonda in my eyes, I have posted in months past about his impact on the sacrifices made by brave American and our allies in the effort to keep South Vietnam free. I refuse to watch CBS to this day as a result.

Obama’s Bi-Polar Express … the ‘little blogs’ and ‘separate news forums’ tell the truth about him. No wonder he doesn’t like us.
