Report: McCain Was Urged To Mount Legal Challenge To Obama’s Victory, Rejected Idea Over Fears Obama Supporters Would Turn Violent…
(Telegraph) — John McCain was urged to mount a last ditch legal challenge to Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential victory but decided against it out of fear that holding back the historic election result would damage the US and could even lead to violence, according to a leaked memo from an American private intelligence firm.
The Republican presidential candidate was reportedly advised by aides to take the dramatic step of seeking an injunction to prevent the results in Ohio and Pennsylvania from being certified, a move that would have plunged the election night into chaos.

The day that half-ass, apologizing, sorry excuse for a president agrees to put those G.I.s on trial is the day I travel to D.C. to toss my old campaign ribbons over the friggin’ White House fence with the fond hope that the S.O.B. chokes on ’em.
Obama should be forced to reveal the content of the 3-page “apology”…. I’d guess it’s connected to the “prosecution promise”; if this is true that’s more than enough to get me in the streets.
What we have here is a man who, as a duly elected Representative, the best he could do is and any critical issue is vote “Present”. His first rule of survival is “NOTHING gets traced back to ME”. Gary, it’s already been trashed i’m sure. In the streets – is what he wants, we’re not buying it. Get to the polls, the system is broke, but not beyond repair. Let’ face it the SCOTUS is bought and paid for and will be of no help. I’m right with you on the “prosecution promise”; treasonous! As “commander and cheat” the UCMJ may the way to bag this critter.
